Players in rummy try to make two kinds of combinations: sequences and sets. Three or more cards in a sequence are of the same suit, while a set is made up of three orammuyr four cards of the same rank but different suits. Until a player makes the necessary combinations and announces their hand, the game goes on. When all of the cards in a player's hand are used to form sets and sequences, they win the game of "rummy" right away. Competency, strategy, and a sharp memory are required for this game.
