The goal is to arrange the cards into legitimate "melds," which can be sequences (three or more consecutive cards of the same suit) or sets (three or four cards of the same rank). The game goes on until a player declares "Rummy" after successfully forming their entire hand into valid melds. "Going out" is a fundamental element of Rummy Bindaas.
