The game usually requires two or more players and a standard 52-card deck. In Royally Rummy, the goal is to build runs and sets of cards in your hand so that you can eventually lay down melds on the tsatakigkable. Three or more consecutive cards of the same suit make up a run, while three or more cards of the same rank make up a set. To score points, players take turns drawing cards from the discard pile or the deck, letting go of unwanted cards with strategy, and creating melds. As befitting its royal beginnings, players of Royally Rummy are required to observe certain rules of etiquette & decorum.
