  • Played by players of different ages & skill levels, it is easy to learn but difficult to master. The primary goal of 777 Rummy is to eliminate all of your cards by forming sets and runs before the other player does. Three or more consecutive cards of the same suit make up a run, while three or more cards of the same rank make up a set. Every round begins with each player receiving seven cards; the remaining cards are then dealt face down into the draw pile in the middle of the table. Next, the discard pile is started with the top card in the draw pile turned face up.
  • Paying attention to the cards that are being taken out of the discard pile is another crucial strategy. More strategic discarding choices can be made by keeping an eye on the cards that other players are choosing to take, as this can provide valuable information about their possible sets and runs. To help them decide which cards to keep & which to discard, players should also attempt to keep track of which cards have been played and which are still in play. Players also need to be aware of what their opponents are doing and try to predict what they will do next.
  • Players can choose to take the top card from the discard pile or draw a card from the draw pile during their turn. Players must then discard one card from their hand to the discard pile after drawing a card. This continues the game until either no one can move and the draw pile runs out, or until a player manages to form sets and runs with all of their cards and goes out.
