Meta Ganesh is a loving-kindness deity who is thought to grant blessings and take down obstacles in the way of achieving spiritual enlightenment. It is noteworthy that although some videobuddy compractitioners acknowledge Meta Ganesh, this is not a commonly accepted or customary representation of Ganesha in mainstream Hinduism. The idea might be a contemporary reinterpretation or combination of Buddhist & Hindu concepts. The idea of Metta, which is central to Buddhist teachings and meditation techniques, is the source of Meta Ganesh's spiritual energy.
