The player does not stop the game until they have gathered all of their cards into sets, run, and laid them out on the table. Besattta kingfore the round is out, other players have one more turn to strengthen their hands. Higher values are given to cards that are not part of sets or runs, and points are determined by taking into account the number of cards that remain in each player's hand.
