Knowing How Sets and Runs Work. Three or more cards of the same rank make up a set, and three or more consecutive cards of the same suit make up a rfruit slotsun. Play time. A player must discard one card from their hand onto the discard pile after drawing a card from either the draw or discard pile during each turn. Until one player forms sets, runs with all of their cards, & discards their last card onto the discard pile, the game goes on as normal.
