To start the discard pile, the top card is turned over. As they draw and discard cards in turn, players try to build runs—three or777 slots king more consecutive cards of the same suit—and sets—three or four cards of the same rank—in their hands. It can be placed on the table once a legitimate set or run has formed. When there are no more cards for a player, the round ends and the score is determined.
